If you called the line
The number read back to you at the end of the call is the case number. It looks like SW-1042. Nothing about that case is tied to you until you create an account and claim it — which is a deliberate limit of this prototype, not a feature: the phone provider never gives us the number you called from, so there is no way to recognise you on a second call.
